Fringe Chandeliers are on trend and the deep turquoise color of this Chainette Fringe is the perfect trim to make this a quick and easy DIY project to complete. Expo International has a wide variety of colors and lengths of Chainette Fringe, so you can create a Trendy Fringe Chandelier to compliment your home décor.

Here’s What You Need:

IR4426TR – 4” Chainette Fringe Trim from Expo International – Turquoise (4 yards)

Wooden Embroidery Hoops – 10”; 8” and 6”

Dark Brown Craft Paint; Paint Brush; Dark Brown Twine; Glue Gun and Glue Sticks

Here’s How to Make it:

Paint the embroidery hoops with dark brown craft paint, let dry. Attach fringe to the outside of each hoop with a glue gun.

When creating a joint, apply a small amount of hot glue, let set and then cut with scissors. Then overlap fringe to hide seam.

Attach fringe to the inside of each embroidery hoop with a glue gun.

Cut four lengths of twine 18” long and glue to the 10” hoop at 12 o’clock, 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock and 9 o’clock. Cut eight lengths of twine 4” long. Glue four lengths to the 8” hoop at 12 o’clock, 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock and 9 o’clock. Glue four lengths to the 6” hoop at 12 o’clock, 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock and 9 o’clock.

Line up all three hoops. Glue the twine from the 6” hoop to the inside of the 8” hoop. Glue the twine from the 8” hoop to the inside of the 10” hoop.

Tie the four 18” lengths of twine in a knot at the top, then hang and enjoy!

I hope that you will use my project as a jumping off point to showcase YOUR Expo International creativity!
