Shipping Policies

Time for domestic delivery is estimated to be 2 to 7 business days from the date of shipment (not necessarily the date of your order). International delivery time is generally 14 to 30 days, but can be longer in peak seasons or due to customs processing delays.

We also offer guaranteed expedited domestic delivery through UPS:

UPS 3 Day Ground is guaranteed *** to be delivered on the 3rd business day after shipping. (e.g. Shipped on Monday, delivered on Thursday)
UPS 2 Day Air is guaranteed *** to be delivered on the 2nd business day after shipping. (e.g. Shipped on Monday, delivered Wednesday)
UPS Next Day Air is guaranteed *** to be delivered on the next business after shipping. (e.g. Shipped on Monday, delivered Tuesday)

*** This guarantee is from UPS and not Expo International. If your shipment does not arrive by UPS's guaranteed delivery date, please notify us immediately as we may be able to get you a credit on the shipping charge from UPS.

We reserve the right to change our shipping rates and methods at any time without prior notice. If you chose UPS as your shipping method and the delivery address is a P.O. box, the order will automatically be shipped via USPS as UPS only delivers to physical addresses.

Shipping rates offered during checkout are averaged for general merchandise. Orders for oversize/overweight goods may have an increase in shipping cost. If there is any adjustment in the shipping charge, we will contact the customer via phone/email. Oversize/overweight goods are considered to be bags, boxes, containers, large fabric bolts etc.

Cut-off Time and Processing of Orders

We process orders as fast as possible. Larger orders will take longer to fulfill, but generally we will process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. Orders with UPS/USPS expedited shipping will ship the same day if the order is received before 11am Central Standard Time. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time. Any orders submitted on weekends or non-working US holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Out of Stock Items

Generally our inventory is live and accurate, however in rare occurrences we may be short or out of stock of some items which are in high demand. Backorders will be processed automatically and will ship for free (if the backorder total is $50 or more) when the items are back in stock. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you do not accept backorders, please notify us ahead of placing your order.

Brokerage Fees, Duties, Taxes, Etc.

Whenever applicable, Expo International is not responsible for payment of brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or other charges on the packages shipped to its customers. The receiver of the package assumes the obligation to pay these fees. The shipping charge assessed for the order is only for payment of shipping services to the destination country.

Proof of Delivery

A tracking number showing completion of delivery is considered proof of delivery for your order. A signature upon delivery may be required at our discretion. If a shipment has been misdelivered, in this case we will work with the shipping company to resolve your claim. If you believe your package has been stolen, we will work with the shipping company as well as the proper authorities to resolve your claim.

Returns

Expo International, Inc. (hereafter Expo) has a hassle free return policy and strives to fill orders accurately. If you feel a product does not meet your requirements, Expo will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Expo does not provide warranties for any products sold.

To return an item or order, simply mail it back to the return address along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip. We recommend using a service with tracking and/or insurance.

Expo must be notified or defective or damaged merchandise within 48 hours of delivery. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. No refunds will be offered after 30 days from the date of purchase. Outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable and Expo is not liable for charges related to logistics of returns.

All items marked 'final sale' are considered clearance and are not returnable unless defective upon receipt.
