Do you love pom trim as much as I do! Those colorful little balls that strung together and added to almost anything make it bright and playful. Today I am sharing ten ways to use pom pom or ball pom trim and including some tips to make it as easy as possible for you to have success with the trims.

Pom pom trims come in a variety of sizes and colors. There is a tiny 3/8” pea pod perfect for small projects and large pom pom trims for home décor and larger projects.

.Paper Crafting: Cards, gift bags, journals, use pea pod trims to accent these items. TIP: Adhesives to use Tacky Glues, Fast Grab or hot glue.

.Pillows, table linens, draperies, add pom pom trim to any of these items. TIP: Pin in place. Sew with a machine, needle and thread or washable fabric adhesive.

.Crafts: Use pom pom trim in any kind of crafting. Pea pod trim can be glued in a circular shape to make shapes like flower centers or snow balls. TIP: Fabric glue works very well as an adhesive.

.Party Decorations: Add some pom pom trim to party décor, party hats, table cloths, placemats and invitations.

.Baby and Children’s Rooms: Add to banners, curtains, pillows, play tents, dress up items. Co-ordinate a room easily with so many color choices and even more fun is pomp om trim with multi colored balls.

.Accessories: Hats, purses, totes bring a little fun into summery accessories with the addition of pom pom trim.

.Holiday décor: Add pom pom trim to holiday stockings, tree skirts and mantel skirts. TIP: If items are premade use fabric adhesive.

.TIP: Cutting pom trims. Pea pod trims can be cut very closely between each ball. Be sure to use sharp scissors. Larger pom pom trims turn over to wrong side and cut between balls. Use a drop of fabric glue to seal ends.

.Pom poms: Cut balls individually from trim to use in projects where you need a bunch of pom poms identical in size.

.Clothing: Summer capris need a touch of whimsy or a top a swing of pom pom trim. TIP: Sew or use a good quality washable fabric glue.
