A. Shipping Rates
Shipping charge for UPS Ground is equal to a base charge plus a percentage of your order. See table below. However please take note of the exceptions.
For shipping options other than UPS Ground, the rate will be the actual UPS charges. This value will only be determined after the processing of your order and will be added to your billing.

Important Notes (Please Read)
* UPS Ground rate computation will only be applicable if your order will involve only one (1) standard sized box. If your order requires an oversized shipping box OR two (2) or more shipping boxes, we may recompute shipping charge. We will contact you if there is an adjustment in the shipping charge.
** UPS Ground Collect is for those with UPS Accounts only. Simply enter your UPS Account Number in the Order Notes. You only need to do this once as we will keep your Account Number for your succeeding orders.
***If you opt to be informed of your total cost including actual UPS charges before we ship your order, we will give you a call and/or send you an email. If you fail to reply or we cannot reach you before the end of the day's shipping cut-off (3:00PM CST) then we will go ahead charge your account and send your order to make sure that you receive your order on time.
B. Out of Stock Items
Occasionally our inventory may be short of some items in your order. In these instances we will be communicating with you through phone and/or email as it is our policy to get your approval before we ship short.
If we have not received a reply from you before 3:00 PM (CST) which is our shipping cut-off and you selected UPS Next Day, 2-Day Air or 3 Days Select, which are time-sensitive shipping options, we shall ship your order short.
If you selected UPS Ground, we shall ship your order short if we have not recieved a communication from you after 48 hours from the time we sent an email.
C. Order Cut-Off
12:00 Noon (CST) is the daily cut-off time. Orders recieved after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
