For returns please take note of the following:Expo International, Inc. (hereinafter Expo) has a hassle free return policy and strives to fill orders accurately. If you feel a product does not meet your requirement or is defective (see exceptions below), please email our customer service group at customerservice@expointl.com or call 1-800-542-4367 to request a Return Authorization Number. No refunds or credits will be issued without a Return Authorization Number.
Expo must be notified of your request to return an item(s) within 15 days from the date of invoice. Return requests received from 16 days to 30 days after the date of invoice will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No refunds will be offered after 30 days from the date of invoice.
Expo is not liable for charges related to logistics of returns.
Important Exceptions:
1. Expo cannot accept returns on trims that have been cut to order. (Example: an order of 3 yards cut from a 10 yard bolt of trim.)
2. All items marked 'final sale' are considered clearance and as such, are not returnable.
